1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "your") and scriptmaker.net ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, using the website, downloading or running the in-game bridge script, generating or using an Ease Code, or using any other part of the Service (as defined below), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to accept these Terms.

3. The Service

scriptmaker.net provides a tool that:

Script generation is not part of the Service. We do not generate Lua scripts, and any reference to script generation in older documentation, marketing, or third-party material is superseded by this section.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Changes to plan features, quotas, cooldowns, and limits take effect on your next billing cycle unless otherwise stated in the dashboard.

4. Accounts, Ease Codes, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and your Ease Code. An Ease Code is a credential that authorizes the Bridge to act on your account; anyone who holds it can consume your token quota and your dump cooldown. You agree not to share your Ease Code with any other person and to rotate it promptly if you believe it has been exposed.

Any activity that occurs under your account or Ease Code is your responsibility, including any Vulnerability Dump initiated with it. We are not liable for any loss, quota consumption, or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account or Ease Code where you failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account or Ease Code has been compromised, you must contact us immediately using the Discord link at the top of this page, or by email at the address listed in Section 19.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated any of these restrictions.

6. Token Quota, Cooldowns, and Plan Limits

Each paid plan includes a token quota that is consumed each time you run a Vulnerability Dump, and a dump cooldown that limits how frequently you may run one. The current quota and cooldown for your plan are shown in your dashboard.

Token quotas do not stack. Your quota is a per-window allowance that renews on the schedule shown in your dashboard. Unused tokens in a window are forfeited when the window renews; they do not roll over, accumulate, or carry into any future window. Consuming a Dump spends tokens irreversibly, whether or not you are satisfied with the Dump's output.

You acknowledge and agree that:

7. No Warranty on Generated Output

Vulnerability Dumps are provided as-is, without any guarantee of functionality, safety, accuracy, completeness, or detection-avoidance. The AI does not test findings in-game. You are solely responsible for verifying any finding, call signature, or example before relying on it, and for testing on an alternate account before using anything on an account you care about.

We do not guarantee that:

8. Assumption of Risk

Acting on a Vulnerability Dump may violate the terms of service of the game or platform you are using it on. You accept that:

You assume all risk associated with using the Service and with acting on any Dump. We are not responsible for any consequences that result from your use of a Dump or the Service generally.

9. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless your dashboard states otherwise, plans renew every 2 weeks. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

To cancel, contact us before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then but are not charged again.

Refund policy: Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase only if you have not yet consumed a Vulnerability Dump on the account. Once a Dump has been consumed, the cost of the underlying AI tokens has already been incurred and the purchase is non-refundable. This applies even if the Dump returned no useful findings. Chargebacks initiated outside this policy may result in account termination.
No refunds for holds, suspensions, or bans. If your account is placed on hold, suspended, or terminated under Section 10, you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or pro-rated return of any fees for the remainder of the billing period, except where a refund is required by non-waivable law in your jurisdiction.

Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

10. Suspension, Hold, and Termination

We may, at our sole discretion and with or without notice, place your account on hold, disable it, suspend it, or terminate it, if we suspect or determine that you have:

An account on hold may be unable to create sessions, run Dumps, or use the Bridge, in whole or in part. A hold is a precautionary measure and is not an admission that a violation occurred. We are not liable for any loss of access, time, or expected use during a hold, suspension, or termination, and no refund or compensation is owed for the period of a hold except where required by non-waivable law.

If we terminate your account for cause, you are not entitled to a refund of any kind. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us; deletion is permanent and removes your account data, sessions, and Ease Codes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, scriptmaker.net and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, in-game items or currency, or account standing, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any Dump.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless scriptmaker.net and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

13. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by scriptmaker.net and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

You own the input you submit to the Service (decompiled scripts, attributes, prompts). You grant us a limited license to process that input for the purpose of providing the Service, including transmitting it to our third-party AI provider and storing it in your session history.

You own the Dumps you produce, subject to the rights of the underlying game's copyright holder. We make no claim to ownership of your output.

14. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including DeepSeek (AI analysis), Discord (account creation via the bot), and our hosting provider. Your data may be transmitted to and processed by these providers as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties, including any outage, price change, policy change, or data-handling practice of a third-party AI provider.

If you access the Service from a Roblox executor or similar tool, that tool is a third-party product not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for its behavior, including its handling of your data.

15. Entire Agreement and No Reliance

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown in your dashboard at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, marketing, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.

You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, representation, or marketing not expressly set out in these Terms or the Privacy Policy in deciding to use the Service, except that nothing in this section excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or by a notice on the website.

17. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of scriptmaker.net resides, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The specific jurisdiction will be identified in any formal legal notice.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

To the extent permitted by law, you and we agree that any dispute will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Contact
